Bauron's engineers worked closely with the company's tooling and processing manager to recommend the right blade specification, and our manufacturing team produced the blades from premium materials with precise coatings for consistent, durable cuts.

For Covinil S.A, stable cutting on its slitting lines keeps the factory running: any drift in edge wear or geometry means scrap, recalibration or downtime. Bauron's engineers started from the real operating conditions of those lines, including loads, materials and performance targets, before fixing the geometry and material of a custom circular slitter blade, which our manufacturing team then produced to specification.

Pharo Hexagon SĂ rl
Pharo Hexagon SĂ rl needed straight and slitter blades that work in perfect harmony with integrated discs: an exact fit, absolutely consistent cutting thickness and identical behavior from blade to blade, which standard options could not guarantee. Bauron's engineers worked with the customer from the first concept on geometry, alignment and material, and our manufacturing team produced every blade to the same specification.

SIA Design Tree
SIA Design Tree, a mechanical engineering company working on automation, machine integration and specialized equipment, needed precise and durable blades for food processing, packaging and advanced machinery.
